About caffeine in tea leaves and in roasted coffee beans?
A cup of coffee contains about three times as much caffeine as a cup of tea.. even though the caffeine content of tea leaves is greater than that of roasted coffe beans. Why?

It depends on the Coffee. If you use instand coffee, the roasted coffee beans are greater in number, so a cup of instant coffee has a greater consentration of caffine.
Not only does it depend on the coffee, but how much coffee you use. I've stopped drinking coffee, but i remember, I used to use finely ground coffee beans in my cup, and I made sure to only use a few beans to get the least amount of caffine I can without making cr*p tasting coffee
It also depends on the tea.
There are many factors that influence that statistic, hun. But I'd suggest not drinking caffine all together :\ I've heard from my mum it gives you unwanted lines… try boiling water with lemon (it takes good once you get used to it :D)
