Can coffee made from arabica coffee beans be 100% Colombian?”?

   Yes, Columbia produces Arabica and Robusta. Most coffee is a blend of both but can be all of one.

   Sure, they grow all sorts of beans in Columbia.

   I prefer Ethiopian beans myself, very rich.

   I am a former chef and "Charles C" is right, like wine a coffee is a blend of the 2 main beans available, Arabica the best and Robusta a lesser quality bean, and as for the person who said they prefer Ethiopian, those are Arabica beans also, and they got the name as the first coffees were from the Gulf of Arabia, in fact it was a Ethiopian goat farmer who notice when the goats ate the berrys from a certain bush they became agitated and overtly aroused, the Arabs were the first to use, roasted and consume coffees as we no it back in the early 12 & 13 th Century, it has been imported to all areas of the world were the growing conditions are right for it.

   That is why you have Hawaiian, Jamaican, Sumatran, Columbian, Brazilian and African types, not Russian or Canadian as there is no way it would survive a cold winter.

   Yes, Arabica is simply a species of coffee. Two drinkable coffee species are grown, Arabica and Robusta.

   Columbia is simply the country of origin, which is actually less important than if it is Arabica or Robusta.

   You want Arabica beans for sure.
