Coffee drinkers (makers): what is your favorite kind of coffee to make at home?

i love..breakfast blend..thanksgiving and cgristmas blend..pikes place! mmm! with some sweetner! delicious!
Fresh roasted & fresh ground is always best.
That said: If you want pre-ground coffee, buy it in a valve-sealed bag (not a can or jar) in small batches as ground coffee goes stale quickly. Once you open it, store it in an air-tight container to extend it’s life. Fresh roasted coffee releases CO2 for several days. This is why you want the valved bag; the coffee actually needs to be stale (no longer producing gas) before it’s packed in a can.
I roast my own and like it more of a medium roast since it retains it’s individuality and natural sweetness. To get the most out of whatever coffee you drink, brew it with a moka pot or french press. These are two of the seven ways I use to brew my coffee.
Keep it simple. I’ve found that, except espresso machines, technology hurts more than helps get the most out of coffee.

I buy Starbucks beans and grind them myself. My all time favorite is Komodo Dragon but they have lots of good beans.
dunkin donuts, malita (sold in new jersey chock full of nuts, maxwell house.
all of them REGULAR. i hate all the blended coffees, french roast new york, etc.
I no longer BUY Commercially prepared coffee products. It isn’t fresh and it isn’t very tasty…
I prefer to do what Americans did for 3 hundred years before LAZY was introduced to this country, I ROAST MY OWN COFFEE. That is the only coffee that I now prepare at home…FRESH HOME ROASTED
I drink whatever is on sale - lately I have been drinking Hillson brand sold at Fresh and Easy.
My wife on the other hand drinks Swiss almond chocolate sold fresh and you grind from a store called Sprouts.
