Coffee fanatics: How do you take it?
Light and sweet? Dark? Iced? What flavors do you like added, if any? Do you prefer to brew your own coffee, or buy it from somewhere? Where’s your favorite place to get coffee from?
Me? I’m a big fan of Iced Blueberry Coffee. I had it for the first time from Dunkin Donuts when they introduced it. Yummy. My favorite hot coffee is just home-brewed Folgers Gourmet Vanilla Biscotti with cream and some Splenda. ;P

I’ve become a real coffee snob over the years:
- I buy my beans (whole) from a local guy that roasts them fresh (i get them the same day, often still warm)!
- Grind only as much as I need
- I only drink ‘doppios’ (double, short black) with 1 sugar
- I throw out the beans if older than 10 days and buy some more fresh ones!
- Not sure if you’ve come across ‘Dome’ but they often burn their short blacks. You can tell when the crema on top is a dark brown… it should be a light caramel colour!

With splenda and coffee mate and a touch of milk. It’s smooth and creamy. Yum! The best coffee in the world is here in New Orleans at Cafe’ Du Monde.
Straight full octane coffee with enough sugar to bite the bitterness back a bit.
Dunkin Donuts coffee is good.

Sigh! Well, you’re obviously not a coffee snob……
I like my coffee to taste like coffee. Therefore, I buy whole beans, and grind up just enough each morning to make a pot of French Press coffee. Straight up – no sugar, no cream/milk. Heaven!
I don’t care for any of the flavored coffees, just home brewed Folgers black with no sugar.
I like just about any kind of coffee but my fave is home-brewed Folger’s classic with French vanilla cream.

Love caramel blended coffee for my cold choice, but when I drink it hot I love to mix about half coffee, half hot chocolate with white chocolate caramel cappucino mix in there as well. Sooo nummy! Perfect way to start my 10 hour shifts in the morning!!
I’m pretty tight with money, but one thing I do splurge on is coffee! I’m not committed to one brand or flavor; I like trying all different kinds of roasts from all different countries. I love grinding my own. I typically add a couple teaspoons of sugar, and a little cream (heavy cream, if it’s available!) I will ice it in the summer!!
Dunkin Donuts has good coffee! I think it’s the best quality for a decent price!!
