Nope…it’s all in the beans and the water.
No, it depends on the roasting syle of the beans, the freshness of the grind, the size of the grind, and the freshness (and chilled) water.
More expensive ones just want you to pay for their lable.
Everyone here is correct to far. The bean and the water are very important to brewing the perfect coffee, what type of coffee do you want to make though ? If your thinking of an ‘espresso’ coffee machine. The pressure it can generate is also very important. Really good ones have 15bar, cheaper ones around 3 i’ve seen ! Also using a tamper to ‘compress’ the coffee will increase the essence, but too much can hinder water flow. Expensive machines do this automatically.
Anyway, this is for a good espresso !
No, expensive coffee makers have nothing to do with it, it all has to do with
The type of bean
the Water, (ice cold)
i usually add a pinch of salt to the grounds, cuts the bitterness, you should clean the coffee maker twice a month for the best takting coffee
