You’re very welcome! I appreciate the comments. Have fun trying different coffees! Enjoy :-D
Great videos. Thank you.
thanks man
Your videos really helped! Thanks for the great info, can’t wait to try this when my Costa Rican beans arrive!
Good video. I use a Whirley pop, popcorn popper to roast my beans. If my popper ever breaks I will try your way.
Make sure you use a heavy bottomed pot (cast iron) it will distribute the heat evenly and your roast will be more even.
I use a $16 Chefmate popcorn popper from Target. It only takes 5.5 minutes to roast up 1/2 cup of green beans to a nice dark-brown color with just a bit of glossiness from the bean oil. The beans are from here on Oahu in Hawaii.
You should do this outside. Be careful with carcinogens entering your body tissues. This can be the only kind coffee that causes cancer.
I have done the same, is it common for there to be small black-darker marks on the coffee some places? Has this happened with you?
Excellent! Until now i thought i´am the last pan roaster over the world;) Cause everyone uses electric roasters.
Thanks for your video, it’s really helped since I am gona try this weekend. Wish me luck. ^_^
i can’t wait to try myself great vid
Turned out better than I thought.
Thanks for the video. Nice to see another way to roast.
I recommend you cool the beans by pouring them between pots or colanders.
The movement through the air will cool them faster than sitting in the freezer and avoid any condensation.
advise: you better cool coffee physicly and avoid huge temperature gaps. If you put genecafe roaster at 100% quallity roast whats the quallity of your roast?
Fine Job..Helped alot. Cant wait to try it myself
