In America we are pretty much all fat lets take some time to figure out why. Not enough energy eating way to much lets put the food down and figure this out for god sake. You may not realize this but once you overweight you are put in a stereotype lazy fatty ect. These weight loss medicines are not the answer time for natural help. Through the site ill tell you how to lose weight. Here is a big help drink tea if it has antioxidants it will help I recommend green tea, red tea, black tea are all good. Make sure you are well hydrated that’s important. don’t eat before bed or after 6 it will slow your metabolism eat 4-5 small meals a day to avoid metabolism slowing .Try to add muscle it burns more calories than fat. Think positive like I am going to lose weight look/feel great. Fish, chicken, green beans and whole grain bread. A great way to get determined is set a goal with yourself and with someone maybe a bet. Drink iced water make sure you drink tea also. A good way to remember to drink tea is switch it with your morning coffee. Eat more vegetables drink less coffee. Try ginseng ginkgo and Guarana no energy drinks they will make you fat fast worse than soda. These all help you loose weight and speed up your metabolism eggs, spinach, chicken, peanut butter ,berries and steak. A better way to boost metabolism is exercise muscle burns more calories than fat. Don’t try to loose weight to fast the faster it goes off the faster it comes back. When you exercise start off slow walk do chores walk your dogs. Increase the amount of exercise every week. I strongly recommend an ab lounge and a treadmill.

Ok, I just read the book "Skinny Bitch." so now I’m all hyped up and ready to tackle this vegan thing. I was already a fairly healthy eater. Mostly lean chicken, salmon, and whitefish type stuff, but of course ate cheese, and milk, and eggs. Anyway, today was my first Vegan Day. I did great. No cravings really. Fruit for breakfast (I passed on my normal morning coffee!), beans and veggies for lunch, and whole wheat pasta, with sun-dried tomatoes olive oil and fresh garlic, and mixed veggies for dinner along with a Morningstar PizzaBurger and half of an organic wheat bun with some organic ketchup. How did I do? I need ideas. How are some of the non-dairy cheeses? Especially the parmesan-type stuff. I really missed that on my pasta tonight. I need some support here guys. Thanks for all your help!

I’m looking for a new coffee maker, but finding conflicting reports on what I thought was going to be a great machine, the Cuisinart Grind and Brew. Now I don’t know what to get. I know I don’t want a press coffee maker and preferably one with an automatic setting for morning coffee when I get up at 5:00 AM. Is there a grind and brew out there that might be what I’m looking for?
