Vanilla Frappucino with a shot of espresso is what I think you want. If you get a venti, you might want two shots.

Go back to star bucks and explain exactly what you want in the drink. Explain that one time the clerk said it was a vanilla frappucino, which sounds correct to me, but you said the second time it tasted differently. Ask a clerk, give him what you want in it and then ask what it is called. If possible, go to the same clerk every-time.

Starbucks sells "Vanilla Frapuccino" cold drinks in grocery stores. They usually come in a four pack of glass bottles, unless you get a good store that will also sell singles. Try that, and if it's what you're looking for you can pick up as many as you like and keep them in your fridge at home. If that's not what you want, then I would suggest simply telling the person who's making your drink exactly what you want and then if they get it right tip them well and and go back to that coffee bar/shop. You'll always get exactly what you want from then on out.
