The Best Gourmet coffee is your own home roasted. Each roast can be a real taste pleasure. That stuff that comes in cans is SOOOOO old that It’s a wonder people can stomach it. And the stuff a the Specialty shops…Like *$’s and Peets isn’t much better. It is shipped to them from a central roaster but there is no telling how long the stuff is palleted and setting on docks and in warehouses before it reaches these outlets…
Imagine if you will drinking coffee from Ethiopia for breakfast, A nice Costa RIcan for a mid morning cup, a Brazil after a tasty lunch then a Java for an afternoon cup and finishing off a great dinner with a cup of Dark roasted Zimbabwe coffee…
Or you can settle for a stale old Charbucks Super Fluffy Choco-Hazel, frappa dappa something…at $6.50 a cup…
Home made.
I buy green coffee, roast my own & have 6 different ways to brew it.
Having vacuum brewed Kona peaberry right now.
Beats any "gourmet" I’ve ever tried.
