what type of coffee beans do you use for covering in chocolate?
does it really matter, or can you eat all kinds whole? thank you. :-)
ok, since we’ve established espresso beans are used, do they come in decaf? if not, how many would be safe to eat, without getting overly charged. lol. ;-)

it’s usually espresso beans that are chocolate covered. i love a drink called ‘black forest mocha’. mix 1/2 cup chocolate milk, 1/2 cup mocha, marchiano cherries, and chocolate covered espresso beans. blend it all in and taste heaven…. yum
I, personally, have never heard of chocolate covered coffee beans. But if there were such a thing, I would suggest using a mild one since actual coffee without being brewed can be very bitter.
Only the best Columbian coffee beans harvested by Juan Valdez himself.
I think they have to be roasted like espresso. Other kinds could work, but might be too chewy.
Expresso beans are what is used, but I would think you can eat all kinds. Be careful with expresso beans though, if you eat too many you could be up for days!
