Hm, I can’t name everything but here’s what I remember.
Freezer: asparagus, whole eggplants, red bell pepper slices, a frozen pizza, a couple of ice cream cones, mushrooms, pastry dough, cookie dough, spinach, parsley, sour cherries, black currants. I freeze produce that won’t be used before going bad, so there are quite a few random produce items in there.
Fridge: yogurt, ketchup, orange juice, milk, lots of cheeses, eggs, quail eggs, home made jostaberry jam, creme fraiche, butter, tomato paste, pickles, pickled mushrooms, cabbage, green onions, lettuce, lemons, sauerkraut, 1/2 a melon.
Pantry: rice, buckwheat kasha, lots of pasta, red lentils, canned white beans, canned corn, canned peas, tomato paste, rice noodles, flour, sugar, brown sugar, molasses, lots of spices, onions, potatoes, cornmeal, quick oats, tea (black and green), hot cocoa mix, potato chips, prunes, walnuts, fruit cocktail, applesauce.
Countertop: tomatoes, nectarines, apricots, cucumber, garlic, whole wheat bread, rye bread, muesli.
cupboard: lentils, brown rice, amaranth, olives, beans (canned and dry), quinoa, irish oatmeal, turbinado sugar, brown sugar, honey, grits, cream of wheat, flaxseeds, earl grey and green tea, coffee beans, fish sauce, mirin, red curry paste, coconut milk, various pasta’s, monini olive oil,
icebox: bread, 2 bags of edamame
refrigerator: milk, eggs and butter from the my local farmer, cantelope melon, yogurt, cottage cheese, tofu, kale, tomatoes, oranges, avocados, potatoes, scallions, fresh ginger, jalapenos, pommegranate juice, seltzer water, siracha sauce, romaine lettuce, red wine vinegar, walnuts, carrots, green peppers, onions (red and spanish), lemons.
Freezer: Blue berries, broccoli, mixed vegetables, whole kernel sweet corn, extra bread/bagels/pita, …
Fridge: Rice and/or hemp milks, broccoli, hummus, cucumber, carrots, cooked pasta/rice/quinoa/vegetables. When in season, I buy eggplant a lot. Oh, also have jam (homemade but not by me), Earth Balance ("butter"), Vegenaise ("mayo")…
Counter: Pita, wraps, normal bread, hamburger buns, bagels, …
Cupboard: Quinoa, rice, rice noodles, pasta (linguine, elbow, spiral, shells), rice and/or hemp milks. Canned goods: Black olives, baby corn, some beans. Bagged beans. Ramen (yeah, guilty pleasure. I use my own seasonings.). Peanut butter. Potatoes. Pasta sauce. Cereal. Nuts/seeds (bought in bulk), specifically macadamia nuts, peanuts, and sunflower seeds. All raw and unsalted. …I think that’s about it… In the winter months I have stuff to make a lot more warm foods, like chili and soup, but in the summer I don’t care too much for warm foods.
Recent food additions to the foods above are Sun Butter (sunflower seed butter, like peanut butter), more fresh fruits and vegetables, …
