A Coffee Affair, on Cin Day Road in Olde West Chester fresh roasts all of their coffee here locally. I believe they closed the coffee house part of the business a while back, but they still sell the fresh roasted beans.
There is also a place called Tazza Mia, which is a new concept restaurant a guy has opened up, which he is hoping to franchise out. There is one on Union Center Blvd, and one in the Tower Center mall downtown, and they fresh roast their beans onsite as well.
